Yes, but we recommend starting with one routine and using it consistently for at least 4 weeks before introducing a second. Your skin needs time to adjust, and starting with two makes it harder to understand what is working.

Because a simple routine is easier to keep up every day. A gentle cleanser, a fragrance-free serum and a rich fragrance-free cream cover the basics of caring for dry skin: cleanse without stripping, hydrate, and help seal in moisture. In the morning, finish with your usual sunscreen.

COSMOS is the international standard for organic and natural cosmetics, independently audited by certification bodies across Europe. COSMOS ORGANIC is the highest tier — requiring a minimum percentage of organic ingredients and banning synthetic fragrances and petrochemical derivatives. Our manufacturer, Selfnamed, holds active COSMOS certification. In R02, the Oil-to-Milk Cleanser is COSMOS ORGANIC certified and the Nourishing Rich Cream is COSMOS NATURAL certified. The Niacinamide Hydrating Serum is not COSMOS certified.

Every routine page lists the key actives and the full INCI ingredient list for each product — open "Full Ingredient List (INCI)" under the product.

Our routines are cosmetic products for menopausal and perimenopausal skin. Patch test each new product before first use and read the usage notes and full ingredient list. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or using prescription medication, consult your GP before use.

Stop using the product immediately and do not apply anything else to the affected area. If it persists or is severe, consult your GP. Email support@elovyn.co.uk and we will advise on next steps and arrange a return if needed.

Yes. Your first routine comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee: if it is not right for you, request a refund within 30 days of delivery from your account (My Account › Orders), even if you have opened the products, and with no need to send them back. You can also return unopened items within 14 days of delivery under your legal right to cancel. See our Returns Policy.

We refund your original payment method within 14 days of approving your request, usually much sooner.

The NHS lists skin changes, including dry and itchy skin, among the symptoms of menopause. If you have any concerns about menopause symptoms, speak to your GP or pharmacist.

Everyone's skin is different. Use your morning and evening steps every day. Each routine page describes how skin may feel as you use the routine — these are not results from a study of our products.
